Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a charming corner of the building offering a wonderful view of the courtyard and gardens. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and nicely furnished. The service was attentive and kind, especially after a hectic journey. However, the location is somewhat far from the city center, and the dining options, while varied, were overpriced. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities are top-notch, making it a comforting stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were quite large, offering a view of Toledo and the nearby river, with a huge and comfortable bed. However, the cleanliness was lacking, with noticeable dirt in some areas. The service was accommodating and friendly, except for a small hiccup with drink availability. The location, while not in the most convenient spot without a car, was decent with close access to the historic center. The dining experience was good but not outstanding, offering a selection of Spanish delicacies. Overall, there were both highlights and drawbacks during my time at the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few disappointments. The rooms were wonderfully clean and well laid out, but mine wasn't ready upon arrival, even though I got there after check-in time. The staff was nice overall, but it felt like there were fewer service options compared to a 5-star hotel. The location, while peaceful and just a short taxi ride to the city, seemed small and not well-organized. The dining offered really good food but was a bit chaotic at times with staff confusion on orders. Despite some hiccups, by day three, everything seemed to fall into place.
The hotel is lovely, with wonderful rooms despite the distance from the router. The service was friendly, although a bit of a hiccup with the reservation. The location is a peaceful retreat, but not very convenient without a car. The dining experience was good but a bit chaotic. The facilities overall were satisfactory.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a sitting area, large desk, lovely bathroom with ample shelving, and a cupboard for toiletries and cosmetics. Despite arriving after check-in time, the room was very clean and featured a large balcony, which is quite unusual for a 5-star hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were quite large with a view of Toledo and the nearby river, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was excellent, and I'm already looking forward to going back. However, cleanliness could be improved as there was a lot of dirt in between the couch's pillows and underneath the couch.
