The hotel is in a charming corner of the building offering a wonderful view of the courtyard and gardens. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and nicely furnished. However, the cleanliness was lacking, with noticeable dirt in some areas. The service was accommodating and friendly, except for a small hiccup with drink availability. The location, while not in the most convenient spot without a car, was decent with close access to the historic center. The dining experience was good but not outstanding, offering a selection of Spanish delicacies. Overall, there were both highlights and drawbacks during my time at the hotel.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a sitting area, large desk, lovely bathroom with ample shelving, and a cupboard for toiletries and cosmetics. Despite arriving after check-in time, the room was very clean and featured a large balcony, which is quite unusual for a 5-star hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were quite large with a view of Toledo and the nearby river, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was excellent, and I'm already looking forward to going back. However, cleanliness could be improved as there was a lot of dirt in between the couch's pillows and underneath the couch.
